One Nation – Donation Terms and Conditions

By donating to One Nation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to transparency, compliance, and the responsible use of funds in accordance with Electoral Commission regulations and the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA).

1. Who Can Donate?

  • You must be a UK, EU, or Commonwealth citizen eligible to vote in UK elections.
  • Corporate donations are only accepted from UK-registered companies, trade unions, and organizations legally permitted to donate.
  • One Nation does not accept anonymous donations or contributions from foreign governments or non-UK entities.

2. How to Donate

You can support One Nation through various donation methods:

  • Online Donations ‐ Make a secure donation via our online platform.
  • Phone Donations ‐ Call us at 07955555561 (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM ‐ 5:30 PM).
  • Transfer / Cheque ‐ Contact us at info@one-nation.org.uk for bank details or send cheques to:
    • 62 King Street, Southall, Greater London UB2 4DB
  • Debit/Credit Card or Standing Order ‐ Set up a one-time or recurring donation via your preferred payment method.
  • Donating to a Local One Nation Branch ‐ If you wish to donate to your local One Nation branch, please contact them directly.

Upon receiving your donation, One Nation will provide an official receipt for your records.

3. Transparency & Compliance

As a political party, we must adhere to UK election laws regarding donations. Here's what you need to know:

  • Donations of £501 or More
    • We are legally required to verify that you are registered on a UK electoral register before accepting your donation.
  • Donations of £11,180 or More
    • If you wish to donate over £11,180, please contact our Fundraising Team at info@one-nation.org.uk to facilitate your contribution securely.
    • We do not accept donations above £11,180 online for compliance reasons.
    • Your name (but not your address) and the donation amount will be reported to the Electoral Commission, which publishes it on their public register of donations.
  • Source of Funds
    • The money you donate must come from your own funds.
    • You must not pass on money from a third party.
    • It is illegal to conceal the true source of a donation.

We reserve the right to decline or return donations that do not meet legal requirements.

4. Refund Policy

  • Donations are non-refundable, except in cases of processing errors or if a donation is later found to be ineligible.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days by contacting info@one-nation.org.uk.

5. Use of Donations

  • Your contribution will support election campaigns, party activities, community outreach, and policy development.
  • Donations will not be used for personal gain and will be allocated strictly in line with party objectives.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Your personal details will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
  • We do not share donor information with third parties, except where legally required (e.g., Electoral Commission reporting).
